When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
A long time ago. One of my intimate university student who is not a devotee gave me one of the Books of Srila Prabhupada called the science of self-realization. That was how I am here now.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
Was in Juhu temple long time, a Pujari under Siddhartha Prabhu.Bhima Das Prabhu is still there now. a close friend. The Temple President is my close associate, we worked at the Sankirtan Book in charge. Everybody knows me there. Haridas Prabhu ITV in charge my close friend. Devikananda das etc.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
Right now, I am in Nepal, Janakpur. We are working on getting donation of land to make Iskcon temple, from one of my close friend there, named Baikuntha das. Sooner or later it will be ready.
What are your expectations from this community?
My expectation is to utilize this great human developed opportunity to accept what Srila Prabhupada has endeavored to give to us, through the Parampara, and from Krishna. Make our lives good, make other people's lives also good, to prepare ourselves to overcome these stringent laws of material nature namely, birth, disease, old age and death and try to become competent candidates fit to go back to home, back to our eternal abode, the Sanatan dhama. Otherwise, we are losers, period!
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
Well, it is not within my jurisdiction to choose any service before the Lord. Whatever Krishna says I should do, that is the best, I will do it. No choice. We are eternal servants, at anytime we must be ready to serve Him the way He wants service from us.
