May you receive transcendental blessings, grace and

mercy from the Lord of Lords; the Lord of all the

mystics, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord

Krishna. The entire creation is caused by Him, and

the cosmic manifestation is an effect of His energy.

Although the entire cosmos is but Him alone, He

keeps Himself aloof from it. The conception of "mine

and yours," is certainly a type of illusion (maya)

because everything is an emanation from Him and

is therefore non-different from Him. Indeed the

cosmic manifestation is non-different from Him, and

the annihilation is also caused by Him. This relation-

ship between Himself and the cosmos is illustrated

by the example of the seed and the tree, or the subtle

cause and the gross manifestation. With love and
