When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
I have always found solace in the wonderful chant of Hare Krishna whenever I have come across a life situation that hit me hard, below the belt.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
Kolkata ISKCON, Albert Road temple. Also visited Mayapur ISKCON quite a number of times.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
I am not a very religious person. But always seek the shelter and protection of this wonder chant of Hare Krishna when I am in a hole of any description.
What are your expectations from this community?
Nothing. I don't like to expect anything from anybody in life. Expectations come with the inevitable pangs of disillusionment upon their unfulfillment. So no expectations no pains.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
I would like to write articles; translate articles from Bengali to English or from Hindi to English. I am willing to provide taxation and finance related consultancy to devotees absolutely free since I am a tax practitioner.
