I have surveyed the deity worship websites in the procedures of performing acamana, but there is no full information, which I hope you can share to me the procedures on how can I perform acamana? What are the procedures? I have seen in the temples performing it, but till now I am a bit slow to catch it up because they perform it very fast. I learning anything through teoritically.
