When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

1988. Yeoville Johannesburg, South Africa. My friend, Dionne took me to the Temple for the Sunday feast. The devotees also did food for life weekly in Hillbrow where we lived.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

I am a resident @ the Sri Sri Radha Radhanatha temple in Durban, for the last 10 years now. Swarupa Damodara das, a Giriraja Maharaja desciple has been the temple president during this time.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

Worship and spread the glories of Srimati Tulasi Devi. Ekadasi. Madhava Maharaja is a life changing and long inspiration. Past influences include alternative music (emo music you could call it now) d&d and occult. I have seen the light and by the causeless mercy of guru and Gauranga have been shown what lies beyond; the source of the light - Sri Krsna, Himself, in all His glorious simplicity. -

What are your expectations from this community?

To be honest I don't really know, I thought I was just going to download some pictures, info, etc. about Tulasi devi and move on. But I see there is alot more to offer. Spiritual life is full of interesting layers. "Keep it simple, stupid."

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

Regarding input into the website desire tree? I will have to get back to you on that when things level out a bit. Our annual Rathayatra starts now. I fully agree, understand and support the mission statement below. Thank you, Hare Krsna.
