When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
1979-I was born into the movement

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
I am a happily married mother of 2. I love being around children and watching them grow as people and also in their understanding of Krsna consciousness. I think it is so important to build a strong spiritual foundation while they are young so they can carry that with them throughout their lives, regardless of their situation. I also teach Sunday school in our temple. And while I enjoy the association of my own children and the children at the temple, I feel that my own Krsna consciousness could use a jump start. I don't have so many friends here who are serious about their Krsna consciousness and could really use some inspiration to progress in my own spiritual life.
What are your expectations from this community?
I hope to meet and be inspired by like-minded individuals who are serious about progressing on the spiritual path.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
being involved with teaching children or deity worship
