Some parents think that if they up bring their child very educated with degrees or else make them influential and wealthy in the society then they will provide bright future for a child and they think that it is the most important thing to do. But it is a mistake. Mostly  parents should take care of cultivating good qualities and also make a professional from a child but in his own field otherwise there won’t be any progress. When there are two hands third won’t grow as such inclinations. Success in education is in understanding these issues. According to the laws of karma if we do not give proper progress to a child in next life we will be kept in similar situation in next life. We will be educated in the same way. But if we be correct with our kids then in our next life we will have very good qualities.

If child from 4^th type becomes a good worker with good qualities and very qualified in his profession then his life will be very joyful. Might be in his life he won’t be interested in fame, science nothing other. Of course one may have some hobbies in life but that won’t change the main inclination of a person as if small rill cannot change the path of a big river.

If person is inclined for business from childhood  if he is educated properly in that field then he will become a professional in his carrier and become generous personality.

He will become useful for the society and will be honored by people and becomes happy in life. For such type of person it is very important to cultivate qualities of selflessness, compassion, and ability to make money comes itself. In this case no need to teach one much on this it will come by itself with the experiences from previous lives. But if selflessness and compassion is not cultivated wealth won’t make him happy. Mostly he will suffer from the envy of other people. It is unavoidable for such type of people.

If person is inclined to manage he should be taught to be fair and protection of weaker ones. But no need to teach how to command over other, he himself knows it already. Right from childhood such people know how to control others, over power other s and achieve their goals. Such people will put their own rules everywhere and etc. But if such people are not taught to be fair and to give protection to subordinate ones then they will bring much pain to everyone in the future.

And a child who is inclined to be a scholar no need to force to do study, he will do them in any ways. Parents should try to cultivate sincerity in them. Parents should tell: “no matter you get 2 marks or 5 marks, important is that you do everything with love and for other’s welfare not for yourself”. In order up bring such kids in first category one should give knowledge to them. In this way meaning of education of this type of child is to look for a qualified person. Qualified person is not who is having encyclopedia within his brain or that who knows 50 different languages.  Qualification is in having good qualities and also having good knowledge of a particular subject. According to Vedic system of education it is more important to educate good qualities in person first and then secondly his professional qualifications. In this way in this type of people will be cultivated desire for giving knowledge to others.

Education of second type of people is that giving them knowledge about justice, of how to manage, in positive way; knowledge of how to protect subordinate ones and take care of them, how to achieve goals and principle of management; why to protect and manage people. Good manager always thinks of how to make his subordinates happy but not to soak their blood. First of all there should be proper order in the society then only progress will be there, and everyone will be happy and etc. Again there should a personality with the qualities of a manager who can give such like qualities to a child.

Education of third class people is that training in them how to become  a good business men, honestly not lying; ability to keep counts of goods; not spending them fruitlessly. And foremost thing is that using things correctly for making good others’ lives. They also should be taught to help poor and do correct charities etc.

Education of people in worker class is to give them chance to cultivate their creative works. There is need for improving his abilities right from childhood training him how to work on it which he loves to do. It is good to give various designers to such kids giving them chance to do some practical works in order they become perfect professionals in their field of work. Inclinations of a kid are learned not with the things which he like to do for himself but with the things which he loves to do for others. No need to force to do something which is against their nature. If they are educated properly such people also will become talented personalities in their fields.
