Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu told Sanātana,"Maintenance of the Vaiṣṇava etiquetteis the ornament of a devotee."A highly advanced Vaiṣṇava livesin such a way that no onecan understand what he is or what he was.A Vaisnava is always humble,and if a person does not misusethis humbleness of a Vaisnava,he gets a chance to be elevated.Vaiṣṇava is always vidvān.Vid means knowledgeand vān means one who has knowledge.The Vaiṣṇavas are always engaged inactual welfare activities for human society.
