Difference between Tapasya and Bhakti?

What is the difference between Tapsya and Bhakti.

I have read in SB 11.2.42 that Krishna consciousness or bhakti or devotional service means to develop attachment for Lord Krishna and in same propertion detachment for material sense gratification and direct experience of Lord.

But what is Tapasya??
