If even a doggish nondevotee somehow takes shelter of such devotees, he enjoys the aroma of the lotus flower.vande caitanya-kṛṣṇasyabālya-līlāḿ mano-harāmlaukikīm api tām īśa-ceṣṭayā valitāntarāmLet me offer my respectful obeisances unto the childhood pastimes of Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, who is Lord Kṛṣṇa Himself. Although such pastimes appear exactly like those of an ordinary child, they should be understood as various pastimes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.ku-manāḥ su-manastvaḿ hiyāti yasya padābjayoḥsu-mano-'rpaṇa-mātreṇataḿ caitanya-prabhuḿ bhajeI offer my respectful obeisances unto the lotus feet of Lord Caitanya because simply by offering a flower at His lotus feet even the most ardent materialist becomes a devotee.vande svairādbhutehaḿ taḿcaitanyaḿ yat-prasādataḥyavanāḥ sumanāyantekṛṣṇa-nāma-prajalpakāḥLet me offer my respectful obeisances to Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, by whose mercy even unclean yavanas become perfectly well bred gentlemen by chanting the holy name of the Lord. Such is the power of Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
