Jagannath Temples Project's Mission Statement:

1. Nagar Sankirtan movement.
2. Serving Vaishnavas.

1a. Nagar Sankirtana as started by Caitanya Mahaprabhu 500 years ago: 
Taking Jagannath to the people in the form of His Holy Names, via Daily Nagar Sankirtana. 
1b. 24 Hour Sankirtana: 
To inundate the devotees in Sankirtan movement, with a strong 24 hour Temple Sankirtana.

2a. Serving the devotees of the Lord, by facilitating food and shelter, so they can serve the Lord 24/7.
2b. Build more Jagannath temples, (with at least 250 acre land and min of half million per year income from land): Each temple donates 50% of its revenue (mostly from income from land) towards building new temples.
All property to be owned by Jagannath, (just like in) Jagannath Puri.
