When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
I saw someone chanting outside in my community and out of curiosity I walked up to them and upon inquiring what they were chanting, I came to know about iskcon and the weekly home programs that they host
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
I go to ICNJ or Iskcon of central New Jersey in Plainfield every Sunday. I know the president of the temple to be Madhupati Prabhuji and others who I can’t name at the moment.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
I am student trying my best to serve Krishna along side my academics. I have had obstacles both mentally and physically in my devotional path and I am only seeking for help and solutions so that I can become stronger in my consciousness
What are your expectations from this community?
I hope to find other like me and attain association of devotees so that I can be successful in my spiritual journey and possibly help other be part of this movement too
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
Editing texts, creating web applications, helping with web materials or publications like magazines, helping preach by distributing books. Anything feasible for my age.
