    1 cup flour
    1 tbsp ghee
    1 cup suger
    method:
    take a heavy weighed pan. take flour and ghee in pan and heat it on low flame. roast it till it gets brown. take 2-3 cups of water in a seperate pain and boil it add suger to water and make a thick syrup... not too thick though..
    now add this syrup to the flour slowly to avoid any limps.. and stirr it wile adding syrup. eat for 2-3 minutes and halvaah is ready!!!

    Its 1 cup chopped celery and cabbage
  • A small recipe in the service of Guru Maharaj

    A Tasty snack with semolina

    1 bowl semolina
    1 cup yoghurt
    1 chopped celery and cabbage
    1-2 finely chopped green hot pepper
    salt to taste.

    Mix all the ingredients
    add yoghurt accordingly so that its neither too thin nor thick
    Take a small amount in hand or spoon
    And place it in the hot oil
    Deep fry it turning on all sides.
    Remove from the flame when done.

    Remove the excess oil and garnish these balls with chopped parsley/coriander and serve it to GM with tomato sauce made at home.

    1 cup maida
    1 cup suji
    1 cup malai
    1 cup milk
    1 cup suger
    1 tbsp custurd
    1 tsp baking powder
    nuts
    mix all the ingredients and put the mixture into greesed bowl.
    keep this bowl in the pressure cooker. do not close the lid of cooker rather place a plate on it keep gas on sim.
    after 1.30 hrs cake is ready
