9/11: Phone Calls from the Towers- A glimpse into who people turn to in final moments of their lives

I came across this video on Youtube which shows some  phone calls from the people who were stuck inside the  twin towers after they were hit by the plane. These people don't know what really has happened and all they can see is dense smoke inside the building.
