I just got 2 salagram shilas a month ago from a god-sister in ISKCON Los Angeles, and I worship one as Krishna and the other one as Radharani..., though it seams controversial to worship a salgram shila as Radha, a Srila Prabhupad diciple n from Australia named Gaura Kesava das prabhu who is very expert about deity worship told me that any form of Krishna is always with Laksmi-Radharani...So, though
technically salagram shila is Vishnu, depending of your mode of worship, if you worship your salagram shila as Krishna, don´t worry, Radharani is with in him!!! Buy anyway, very nice veeeeeery nice, I´ll send you a picture of mine soon...Hari and Hare bol!!!
