Will I be punished for this sin

I had wrong thoughts about a violence victim. She was one of the most tortured victims in history. By mistake I had a thought that what happened to her was right. Will I be punished for this thought? Will karma put me through same torture? Every time I think I will be punished some loud noise occurs as if an answer to my question. Some days ago thunders rumbled when I thought I will be punished more than that girl. Is God telling me I will be punished ?

    Hare Krsna Mataji,

IN Kaliyuga, there is one concession - there is no sin on our thoughts alone.

Suppose we think ill of someone - in the other yugas, that would attract sin, not in Kaliyuga.

Having said that, one has to still be careful, because what is in our thoughts today, will be in words, will convert into action. So as long as one can confine the wrong doing to thought, there is no reaction in Kaliyuga.

    Dont worry.

    Your servant,

  • Demons seem to be bothering you. You are a devotee. Sometimes demons fight against the Time-factor in abraisive ways too and attack Krishna in that way. But Krishna is the Only Power. Have faith that Krishna will protect you, chant Hare Krishna, and figure out which thoughts inside your mind are yours and which ones are the "intrusive thoughts" which are not yours, but are of other entities. Take control of your own thinking by constant chanting of the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra, develop a sense of Trust with Krishna that you are a good person, that you have Krishna-Prema, and that you have reached the state of non-regression many lifetimes ago. You know your moral values, trust them, always go by them, and value yourself by them. Since you're feeling bad about such intrusive thoughts that have bothered you, it actually proves you are a good devotee. That is my Opinion. Om.
