Please accept my humble respects.

My friends, there are so many white-colored murtis of Lord Krishna... There are murtis of many colors: white, blue, black, gray, golden, etc. Why are there so many different colors of murtis of Krishna? What is the color of Lord Sri Krishna's body?

                        Generally Krishnas Murthy should be Black in Color ,But It is very hard to get that Black Stone which can be used to made into Diety , Therefore white marble is used , Krishna can Come and Receive Devotion from his devotees in any material  object whatever the color is, he is Transcendental and can also appear in a Material form 

In the Brahma-samhita also, the color of Krishna's body is compared to that of a bluish cloud.

The color of His transcendental form is not a color of the world within our experience. 

Since you asked, here's what Srila Prabhupada and Srimad-Bhagavatam say on the topic you raise:

"The Supreme Personality of Godhead has a cheerful, lotus-like countenance with ruddy eyes like the interior of a lotus and a swarthy body like the petals of a blue lotus. He bears a conch, discus and mace in three of His hands.

"The color of the Personality of Godhead, Krishna, is described here as nilotpala-dala, meaning that it is like that of a lotus flower with petals tinted blue and white. People always ask why Krishna is blue. The color of the Lord has not been imagined by an artist. It is described in authoritative scripture.

Oh the bhagwan who came in tortoise form oho the God who came in wild boar form and for the lord who can come in fish aakar... aise leela dhaari...ko.. kya mushkil hai kaunsa bhi rang lele. IS it impossible for Him to take any color or any shape??

Bhakt jaise dekhne ki iccha rakta hai us tarah dikh jaate hai.. 

SB 10.3.20 — My Lord, Your form is transcendental to the three material modes, yet for the maintenance of the three worlds, You assume the white color of Viṣṇu in goodness; for creation, which is surrounded by the quality of passion, You appear reddish; and at the end, when there is a need for annihilation, which is surrounded by ignorance, You appear blackish.

One gopī addressed her friend and began to praise the bodily features of Kṛṣṇa. She praised His blackish complexion, the reddish color of chewing pan enhancing His beauty hundreds of times, the curling hair on His head, the kuṅkuma red spots on His body and the tilaka on His forehead. The supreme abode of Kṛṣṇa is always throwing off the effulgence known as brahma-jyotir, and that effulgence is emanating from His body. The luster of the hosts of jewels fixed on the chest of the Lord can defeat even the luster of the sun, and still, when compared with the bodily luster of the Lord, that crest of jewels appears to be only as bright as one of the stars in the sky. Therefore the transcendental influence of Kṛṣṇa is so great that it can defeat anyone.

A person is called mild when he cannot even bear the touch of the most soft thing. It is described that every part of Kṛṣṇa's body is so soft that even at the touch of newly grown leaves, the color of the touched part of His skin would change. At His kaiśora age, Kṛṣṇa's endeavors were always bent toward arranging the rāsa dance, as well as toward killing the demons in the forest of Vṛndāvana.

Nectar of Devotion 26: 

Generally, there are four kinds of garments on the body of Kṛṣṇa: His shirt, turban, belt and wearing garments. In Vṛndāvana, He used to put on reddish garments, with a golden shirt on His body and an orange-colored turban on His head. The different kinds of belts, combined with His enchanting smile, used to always increase the transcendental bliss of His associates. This dress of Kṛṣṇa is described as gorgeous. As a baby elephant is sometimes dressed in colorful clothing, so Kṛṣṇa's gorgeousness was manifested by decoration with such colorful clothing on the different parts of His body.

Nectar of Devotion 34: 

Direct devotional services are as follows: neutrality, servitude, fraternity, paternity and conjugal love. Indirect devotional service is divided into laughter, compassion, anger, chivalry, dread, astonishment and ghastliness. Devotional service can therefore be divided into twelve types, each of which has a different color. The colors are white, multicolored, orange, red, light green, gray, yellow, off-whitish, smoky, pink, black and cloudy. The twelve different kinds of transcendental humors are controlled by different incarnations of God, such as Kapila, Mādhava, Upendra, Nṛsiṁha, Nanda-nandana, Balarāma, Kūrma, Kalki, Rāghava, Bhārgava, Varāha and Matsya.

Nectar of Devotion 41: 

The description of Ujjvala, another intimate friend, is given as follows. Ujjvala always wears some garment of orange color, and the movements of his eyes are always very restless. He likes to decorate himself with all kinds of flowers, his bodily hue is almost like Kṛṣṇa's, and on his neck there is always a necklace of pearls. He is always very dear to Kṛṣṇa. Let us all worship Ujjvala, the most intimate friend of Kṛṣṇa!

ity arjunaṁ vāsudevas tathoktvā
svakaṁ rūpaṁ darśayām āsa bhūyaḥ
āśvāsayām āsa ca bhītam enaṁ
bhūtvā punaḥ saumya-vapur mahātmā

SYNONYMS

sañjayaḥ uvāca—Sañjaya said; iti—thus; arjunam—unto Arjuna; vāsudevaḥ—Kṛṣṇa; tathā—that way; uktvā—saying; svakam—His own; rūpam—form; darśayāmāsa—showed; bhūyaḥ—again; āśvāsayāmāsa—also convinced him; ca—also; bhītam—fearful; enam—him; bhūtvā punaḥ—becoming again; saumya-vapuḥ—beautiful form; mahātmā—the great one.

TRANSLATION

Sañjaya said to Dhṛtarāṣṭra: The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, while speaking thus to Arjuna, displayed His real four-armed form, and at last He showed him His two-armed form, thus encouraging the fearful Arjuna.

PURPORT

When Kṛṣṇa appeared as the son of Vasudeva and Devakī, He first of all appeared as four-armed Nārāyaṇa, but when He was requested by His parents, He transformed Himself into an ordinary child in appearance. Similarly, Kṛṣṇaknew that Arjuna was not interested in seeing a four-handed form of Kṛṣṇa, but since he asked to see this four-handed form, He also showed him this form again and then showed Himself in His two-handed form. The word saumya-vapuḥ is very significant. Saumya-vapu is a very beautiful form; it is known as the most beautiful form. When He was present, everyone was attracted simply by Kṛṣṇa's form, and because Kṛṣṇa is director of the universe, He just banished the fear of Arjuna, His devotee, and showed him again His beautiful form of Kṛṣṇa. In the Brahma-saṁhitā it is stated that only a person whose eyes are smeared with the ointment of love can see the beautiful form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa.      

In the Brahma-saṁhitā (5.38) it is stated, premāñjana-cchurita-bhakti-vilocanena: only a person whose eyes are smeared with the ointment of love can see the beautiful form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa.

When Krishna was on Earth, the color of his body was 'shyama' (darkish) and he was really good looking. But i guess some people who are obsessed with white skin, likes to imagine Him having white complexion, and so they make white idols of Him. People should accept fact and make idols in shyama color only, since the shyama color looked really beautiful on Him.

What I know is - Krsna, when in white, is remembering Radharani so much that His colour changes. He is then called Govinda. That is why some temples will have white deity of Krsna.

Firstly it is not idol. It is a worshipable deity of Sri Krsna. 

But i guess some people who are obsessed with white skin, likes to imagine Him having white complexion, and so they make white idols of Him.

This is imagination of imagination of people and hence that much more incorrect. 

There are specific injunctions in scriptures on how to prepare deities. Deities that are installed in temples are expected to be in accordance with that. Krsna Deities made of white marble is fully in accordance with that. 

People should accept fact and make idols in shyama color only, since the shyama color looked really beautiful on Him.

Incorrect. People should follow guru, sadhu and shastras. 

There is nothing wrong in making shyama color deities. But making mandating statements on what others should do without scriptural references for the same is meaningless. I fully understand that Krsna is shyama varna, but I have not come across any injunction that says all deities of Krsna HAVE TO BE IN SHYAMA, in case you have come across please feel free to share the reference.
