  • Hare Krishna Prabhuji,

Sometimes we address a married woman as Shree or Shrimati ji too.  It is common North Indian custom to show some respect to woman who are married esp.  We cannot address Radha ji without Shrimati, It is not acceptable and it is common sense also.

We call any woman " mata ji" or maiyya just to show respect.

In Vrindavan, Shrimati Radharani is lovingly addressed as Shreeji.

Shree denotes Laxmi also.  And it is apt also, as from Srimati Radharani ananta ( many many) laxmi's are coming and serving Lord in various Vaikunta lokas. She is main Shree ji.

    Hare Krishna
