    Hare Krsna Prabhuji,

    PAMHO.

THere are no restrictions to chanting, similarly there are no restrictions to touching bead bag without taking bath. Chanting is important, everything else is secondary.

  • Hare Krsna,

It's always proper to take a bath prior to chanting. Keeping our bodies clean has a high correlation with our pure state of mind. However, if your unable to take a shower because of detrimental circumstances, it's better to chant than absolutely not.

  • To chant somehow is better than not chanting. better to keep a neem mala for chanting without bath. Just woke up and chanting on neem mala is all good. After evacuation though, immediate bath is necessary.

    • No , God's name doesn't depend whether we bath or not.............

someone can chant even without bath...................that's true!!!
