I have to preach to some new devotees after few days.
what could be the appropriate teachings for the new devotees so that they believe that the lotus feet is the place of devotion, place of surrender, krishna is the supreme personality of godhead and about caitanya maha prabhu??

how nice that You want to share with the nectar of Krishna Consciousness with others!
Firstly You have to do is to pray to Srila Prabhupada and Lord Gouranga to help to You. To make You as Their instrument. To use Your intelligence, mind, and body and soul in glorifying the Holy Names.
If You pray being very humble Srila Prabhupada and Lord Chaitania will shower Their mercy upon You and You will start not only speak words but Your words will be poetical and very effective.
Preaching also means not only speaking. No. Preaching means also our own sadhana.
In his lecture HH Radhanath Swami says that when we attend Mangala Arati, be enthusiastic, chant in the association of Devotees, attend Bhagavatam, dance in the Kirtans ...then these acts are PREACHING.
By being eager to serve to Krishna and to Devotees we say to others by our actions that Krishna is our heart and soul. By only seeing and observing You others also will cultivate faith.
For non Devotees we can preach by wearing Tilak, Vaishnava closhes...yes, many times when people just see us on the street even with cigarette in their hand they say "Hare Krishna" "Hare Rama"...
In this way they will earn agyata sukriti. When i chant on the trains and buses some people even come and ask if what we are doing. In this way preaching starts.

Firstly You have to be attentive to each of them. Ask about their interests and knowing them start to speak accordingly.
Basically, if person is very educated and successful in material life we preach about the miseries of this world. In order to wash away their pride and create some detachment to this world. That even though we be billionaire we will loose all our money at the time of death. Death stops everything. Death is for sure. Reincarnation is for sure.
....
If they are already fed up of this world then we preach to them about the beauty of Spiritual world and attract their mind to Spiritual world.
If they are too much attached to karma kanda then we just tell them not to leave everything but use them in Krishna's service. Whatever we eat offer to Krishna. Whatever material we want we request it from Krishna not from Demigods. ...
If a person is really in the mode of ignorance, people like beggars...we just give them Prasadam and request to attend Kirtans.
