Reciting prayers in sanskrit from Bhagwat Gita, Shrimad Bhagwat Puran ,Narada Pancaratra ,Brahma Samhita and other Scriptures without knowing the exact meaning of each sanskrit words ...... Can this be accepted by krishna .

One of Krishna's main 64 qualities is that He knows many languages. So no matter in which language we speak He understands us and accepts our prayers.
But for us it is better to know the meaning of prayers and while speaking mean what we speak with our heart and mind and soul. That will be powerful.
