Can I make my ladoo gopal deity sleep in the same room where I sleep? If yes then what the measure/ precautions to be taken. And if no then what to do as my temple place doesnot have fan or A/C outlet.

We have bought a small table fan for our Laddoo Gopal ji and kept it in the temple room so that He doesn't feel hot. If it's feasible for you, you can also do it.
Actually it is an altar prepared inside a very small closet. Made by balancing a wooden plateform on push pins equal to the width of the closet. It even does not have an electric/power outlet.
offer to him nice airy place in Your mind Prabhuji. And as soon as You have chance to offer to Him better place then do that also.
But for time being You are doing what You can hold.
