The same question was asked to HH Jayapataka Swami Guru Maharaj in the past 2 days. I am reproducing the reply given by HH.
We don't know the answer to this question. But Radharani always like to be with Krsna. So we chant Hare Krsna and the Hare is Radha and Krsna is Krsna. So Lord Gauranga's name according to Srila Prabhupada is 1000 times more merciful and powerful than Krsna's name but you get the result when you chant Krsna's names. So we chant first Lord Chaitanya's name and then Krsna's name. Sri Krsna Chaitanya Prabhu Nityananda Sri Advaita Gadadhar Srivasadi Gaur Bhakta Vrna Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.

I thought we come here to discuss devotion. Once one is devoted to one name of the lord, be it Gauranga or Radha, does it matter what the math is? One will keep on repeated the beloved Name breadth after breadth.
