I know that in the spiritual world Krishna and Radharani are eternally married. Then if the material world is supposed to be a reflection of the spiritual world then did Radha get married with Krishna when they descended?
I never found any pastime of their marriage. Any help on this topic would be helpful. Forgive me if I was offensive.

Thanks for the info prabhu ji but I found this in the Garga Samhita Canto One Chapter Sixteen
Description of Śrī Rādhikā's Wedding:
śyāmaṁ ca gauraṁ viditaṁ dvidhā mahas
tavaiva sākṣāt puruṣottamottamam
parāt paraṁ tvaṁ śaraṇaṁ vrajāmy aham
I take shelter of You, who are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, greater than the greatest, the master of Goloka-dhāma, and who now appear as a fair and a dark splendor.
sadā paṭhed yo yugala-stavaṁ paraṁ
goloka-dhāma-pravaraṁ prayāti saḥ
bhavanti tasyāpi nisargataḥ punaḥ
A person who regularly recites these prayers describing the divine couple will go to the transcendental abode of Goloka. Even in this world he will be endowed with handsomeness, opulence, and many perfections.
yadā yuvāṁ prīti-yutau ca dam-patī
parāt parau tāv anurūpa-rūpitau
vidhiṁ vivāhasya tu kārayāmy aham
Greater than the greatest and perfect for each other, You are already a loving husband and wife. Still, following the ways of this world, I will now perform Your wedding-ceremony.
tadā sa utthāya vidhir hutāśanaṁ
prajvalya kuṇḍe sthitayos tayoḥ puraḥ
śruteḥ kara-grāha-vidhiṁ vidhānato
vidhāya dhātā samavasthito 'bhavat
Then Brahmā rose, ignited the sacred fire, and performed the Vedic wedding-ceremony of the divine couple.
sa vāhayām āsa hariṁ ca rādhikāṁ
tataś ca tau taṁ praṇamayya veda-vit
tau pāṭhayām āsa ca sapta-mantrakam
Brahmā performed the wedding-ceremony of Lord Hari and Śrī Rādhikā. He had Them circumambulate the sacred fire and bow down before it, and then Brahmā, the knower of the Vedas, recited the seven mantras.
tato harer vakṣasi rādhikāyāḥ
karaṁ ca saṁsthāpya hareḥ karaṁ punaḥ
śrī-rādhikāyāḥ kila pṛṣṭha-deśake
saṁsthāpya mantrāṁś ca vidhiḥ prapāṭhayan
Placing Śrī Rādhikā's hand on Lord Hari's chest and Lord Hari's hand on Śrī Rādhikā's back, Brahmā recited many mantras.
rādhā karābhyāṁ pradadau ca mālikāṁ
kiñjalkinīṁ kṛṣṇa-gale 'linādinīm
hareḥ karābhyāṁ vṛṣabhānujā gale
tataś ca vahniṁ praṇamayya veda-vit
Then with both hands Śrī Rādhā placed on Lord Kṛṣṇa's neck a lotus garland filled the the humming of bees. Then with both hands Lord Hari placed on Śrī Rādhā's neck a similar garland. Then Brahmā had Them bow down before the sacred fire.
samvāsayām āsa su-pīṭhayoś ca tau
kṛtāñjalī mauna-yutau pitāmahaḥ
tau pāṭhayām āsa tu pañca-mantrakaṁ
samarpya rādhāṁ ca piteva kanyakām
Placing the silent divine couple on two thrones, with folded hands Brahmā recited five mantras. Then, as a father gives away his daughter, Brahmā gave away Śrī Rādhā.
puṣpāni devā vavṛṣus tadā nṛpa
vidyādharībhir nanṛtuḥ surāṅganāḥ
sa-kinnarāḥ kṛṣṇa-su-maṅgalaṁ jaguḥ
O king, then the demigods showered flowers, and the demigoddesses danced with the Vidyādharīs. The Gandharvas, Vidyādharas, Cāraṇas, and Kinnaras sang auspicious songs glorifying Lord Kṛṣṇa.
śaṅkhānakā dundubhayaḥ sa-tālakāḥ
nedur muhur deva-varair divi sthitair
jayety abhūn maṅgala-śabdam uccakaiḥ
Again and again the great demigods in heaven sounded many mṛdaṅgas, vīṇās, murus, yaṣṭis, veṇus, śaṅkhas, anakas, and tālakas. Calling out "Glory!" they made an auspicious sound.
uvāca tatraiva vidhiṁ hariḥ svayaṁ
yathepsitaṁ tvaṁ vada vipra dakṣiṇām
tadā hariṁ prāha vidhiḥ prabho me
dehi tvad-aṅghryor nija-bhakti-dakṣiṇam
When Lord Hari said to Brahmā, "Please ask whatever you wish as dakṣiṇā," Brahmā replied to Lord Hari, "O Lord, as dakṣiṇā please give me devotion for Your feet."
tathāstu vākyaṁ vadato vidhir hareḥ
śrī-rādhikāyāś ca pada-dvayaṁ śubham
natvā karābhyāṁ śirasā punaḥ punar
jagāma gehaṁ praṇataḥ praharṣitaḥ
When Lord Hari said "So be it", Brahmā again and again placed His head at the beautiful and auspicious feet of Lord Hari and Śrī Rādhikā. Then, happy and humbly bowing down, Brahmā left for his own home.
tato nikuñjeṣu catur-vidhānnaṁ
divyaṁ manojñaṁ priyayā pradattam
jaghāsa kṛṣṇaḥ prahasan parātmā
kṛṣṇena dattaṁ kramukaṁ ca rādhā
Then, in the forest groves the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Kṛṣṇa, ate four kinds of delicious divine foods His beloved offered, and Śrī Rādhā chewed betelnuts Kṛṣṇa offered.
tataḥ kareṇāpi karaṁ priyāyā
harir gṛhītvā pracacāla kuñje
jagāma jalpan madhuraṁ prāpaśyan
vṛndāvanaṁ śrī-yamunāṁ latāś ca
Taking His beloved's hand, Lord Hari walked in the forest grove. Taking sweetly as He gazed at the beautiful Yamunā, Vṛndāvana forest, and the many flowering vines, He walked.
Please provide some insight on this. Hari Bol!
Thanks Prabhu Ji for the info. Hari Bol!
Hare Krishna, prabhuji!!! Radharani had parakiya bhav, loving Krishna as her paramour, not as a husband (sakiya bhav). So Krishna's not marrying Radha is appropriate to Her bhav. Mahabhav is expressed fully in parakiya bhav and Radharani is the very embodiment of Mahabhav. No other consorts of Krishna could manifest such bhav. Only Radharani and gopis ,who fully soaked themselves in parakiya-rasa,could exhibit mahabhav !!

I accept your answer but as I have posted above the Garga Samhita clearly states about the marriage of Radha and Krishna in the material world. Now can we question the authenticity of Garga Samhita?
Hare Krishna Gourab prabhuji
Can you explain in detail the 2 bhav's. parakiya bhav and sakiya bhav.
Also , can somebody tell me what actually happened to Radharani after Krishna left for Mathura.
What I want to understand is where did Radharani went, was she all the time living in vrindavan ? her story and name seems to have an end and No where I see her name being mentioned after Krishna went to mathura.
Please share your valuable knowledge.
Radharani is the eternal consort of Krishna. They are eternally married. Their marriage is a divine -lila to please the devotees, but then there is also a reference(not in Garga Samhita) to Abhimanyu(found in Nectar of devotion), so called husband of Radharani. Radharani is known basically for parakiya bhav and Rukmini devi for Sakiya bhav, though there is no doubt that Radharani excels all in Her devotion. May be in spiritual world their marriage took place but in material world, Radharani loved Krishna as Her paramour. There is no reference to marriage in material world.

Thanks for the info. Regarding the marriage of Radha to Abhimanyu, another devotee told me that their marriage took place during the year in which all the cowherd boys were held captive by Lord Brahma in a cave. Then Krishna had expanded Himself in many cowherd boys and He also expanded Himself into Abhimanyu to marry Radha. The other gopis also got married to Krishna during this year.
